At Ecopha.shop, we’re rethinking commerce from the ground up, starting with the things we use every day. Our mission is to eliminate plastic from disposable packaging by replacing it with plant-based, biodegradable alternatives made from bamboo, paper, wood, and agricultural fibers.

Roles We’re Hiring For
We’re building a multidisciplinary team, and we invite applicants from a variety of fields, including:
1. Sustainable Product Development
Work with supply partners and design teams to develop and test new fiber-based packaging solutions - from molded pulp containers to reusable bamboo items.
2. Marketplace Operations
Help manage vendor onboarding, quality control, and catalog development to ensure customers have access to reliable, verified eco-products.
3. Marketing and Education
Craft campaigns that educate the public, shift buyer behavior, and celebrate vendors who are leading the sustainability movement.
4. Logistics & Supply Chain
Coordinate ethical and low-emission fulfillment strategies. Prior experience in shipping biodegradable products a plus.
5. Customer Experience & Community
Guide users through the transition to plant-based alternatives and build engagement across our B2B and B2C communities.
6. Platform Development & UX/UI
Join our tech team to build seamless digital tools for vendors, integrate composting databases, or optimize the buying journey.
